What is the difference between Laser SLAM and traditional magnetic AGVs?
Traditional AGVs require physical infrastructure like magnetic tape or QR codes on the floor. Laser SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) uses onboard LiDAR to map out the environment dynamically. This means zero floor modification, faster installation, and absolute flexibility in altering transport routes.
How does SCP support cold chain and narrow aisle challenges?
Our smart forklifts (e.g., SFL-CDD15) are built with compact structures optimized for narrow aisles. We also offer customization options for freezing environments (down to -20°C) with condensation-proof design, specific lubricants, and special battery heating modules.
Can these AGVs integrate with our existing WMS/ERP systems?
Yes. Through our self-developed SCP system architecture, we provide standard API interfaces that support easy integration with major global ERP, WMS, and MES systems, enabling fully coordinated automated material flow.
