It supports 7 flexible customization options including size, automatic fork pitch, automatic fork adjustment, and manual driving to fit various warehouse layouts.
The active load security system features real-time ultrasonic load monitoring that continuously verifies the engagement between the forks and the cargo. This allows for the instant detection of load displacement risks during transit and prevents material slippage, achieving an EN 528:2021 certified detection accuracy of 99.2%.
Yes. Assisted by AI deep learning, the forklift can identify multiple vehicle types, different pallet specifications/colors, material racks, and cages. Its adjustable fork width ranges from 400 mm to 750 mm (ISO 2328 compliant), allowing it to seamlessly handle EUR, ISO, and DIN pallets without manual tool changes.
It utilizes a Quad-Safety Protection Matrix which includes a 40m-range 3D Safety LiDAR, EN 1175-compliant bumpers, a proximity detection array (0.1–8m), and automated hardware diagnostics. These safety systems meet and exceed ANSI/ITSDF B56.5 Category 3 safety standards.
The SFL-CPD30-Y is equipped with a high-capacity 24V/200Ah LiFePO₄ battery (or optional 48V/300Ah configurations) that provides 6 to 10 hours of continuous operation. When the battery runs low, the forklift supports a foolproof, quick battery replacement system that can be completed within 3 minutes, alongside rapid charging that goes from 0 to 100% in 2 hours.
The SFL-CPD30-Y is CE Marking certified under the Machinery Directive and is fully compliant with ANSI/ITSDF B56.5 safety standards. Additionally, UL 558 compliance is currently pending with expected completion in Q3 2025.
